How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to help@anartline.com or through Return section. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

 

What is your return policy?

You can return products, up to 20 days from the date of dispatch, from "My Orders" section of our website. Or, you can send a request to help@anartline.com.

The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.

 

What items can I return?

Returns will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

 

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

No, you have to send the courier to our address. Customers can self-ship the items to Anartline. In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed to your Paytm wallet. This will be done post the quality check of all received.

 

Where do I mail the returns?

Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order number and contact number!

When will I receive a replacement?

Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
  • The packaging should have the original tags in place.

They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

Can I choose a different item in exchange?

You can only exchange your item within 20 days and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.

 

What is your refund policy?

You can get your refund to your Paytm wallet. 


What are return and refund policy for International Orders?

We do not take return, replacement and refund for International transactions.
