You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" sections of our website. Or, you can send a request to email@example.com or through Return section. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received.
Returns will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
No, you have to send the courier to our address. Customers can self-ship the items to Anartline. In this case, an amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed to your Paytm wallet. This will be done post the quality check of all received.
